From tear off to clean up the crew was responsive to our needs and request.  The company and sales staff were sensitive to the agreed upon calendar dates and the work was completed in a timely fashion. Clean up guys did a great clean up.  The Roofing Company was my choice and I’m very pleased with their performance. I would recommend them to anyone. This was a big step for me because it’s one without my husband who is deceased and sometimes decisions can be hard.  But with Integrity – made it very easy. They did everything they promised. I do know sometimes as humans we can complain when something isn’t right but rarely take the time to say what a great job you all did. I’m not one for door to door cold calls and turned away several before Integrity Roofing showed up on my doorstep. Clint was on the other side of the door when I answered the knock. He was professional and welcoming personality was just the beginning of an all round good experience and helped me make the decision to go with Integrity Roofing Specialists to replace the roof on my home due to hail and storm damage.

Prior to signing on with Integrity, I was informed of everything that would need to be addressed and even though there were a few bumps along the way, everyone with whom I dealt with were always forthcoming about the process, what the hold ups were (some personal on my end; some Tennessee state regulations on their end). They worked well with my insurance adjuster and throughout the process, kept informed, answered questions and concerns professionally and honestly.
